LTTS Courses Approved for Professional Development Credit in Most States
March 27, 2003
LTTS has completed the professional development provider registration and approval
process for the states of Indiana, Texas, Illinois, New Jersey, and
Montana. Approval status is pending for the states of Connecticut, Maine,
Vermont, and Washington. In the rest of the United States, local district
approval is all that is needed to count LTTS courses for professional
development credit.
This means that you may obtain professional development credit (15
hoursd per course) for LTTS courses regardless of where you live in
the United States. And of course, you can choose to take them for graduate
credit. Each course is offered for one graduate credit at Indiana University.
If you take a course for graduate credit, in-state tuition rates apply.
Remember, while courses are self-paced, all LTTS learners receive personal
mentoring by an experienced LTTS Staff teacher.
